EMCC + JABBER DESKPHONE CONTROL
My question is regards to Jabber Desk phone control with EMCC
Our environment consists of x2 10.5 CUCM Clusters.
User use a mix of 8845 / 8945 endpoints.
They log into Jabber for IM and Desk phone control. (Not Full UC)
EMCC is configured and working correctly.
Users login onto the visiting device without no issue. However jabber is not able to control the desk phone.
Is this expected behaviour?
I'm not able to find any documentation on this at all.
I can see from the SRND a one liner that "EMCC Supports dynamic CTI control of a visiting phone"
But that’s all…
Can anyone point me in the right direction of some documentation or pass any info they have. Assuming that it is actually supported.
