Emergency Responder 11.5 - ERLname field character limit

Hello, 

Have a question hoping someone may have an answer to.  Would like to confirm the character limit for the ERLname field in CER 11.5 for conventional and Intrado ERL's.

It appears it allows you to enter up to 30 characters but when you go into ERL>conventional ERL>import, and then click on the view sample file it seems to imply that a sting of 20 characters is the max.  Can someone confirm if there is indeed a reason it should be only 20 characters or is 30 characters acceptable?  Wondering if this is just an old limit that didn't get changed in the sample file link.

Hi,

The Conventional and Intrado ERL Name has 30 characters limit. I tested it by manually configuring as well as importing the file. In CER version 12.5 too, the sample file shows 20 strings. It seems that, the value is not updated in new versions (in Cisco terms it is a cosmetic error).
