I guess it's on you to put them in as you can use custom emoticons. That's how we did it. We removed (deleted) jabber emoticons folder and added custom ones. A bunch of the emojies which are looking much better then the default ones...

You have to do the setup on both ends. every client pc/laptop needs to have the same custom emoji's folder!
