Hi people.
Here in the company, out of 700 devices with Cisco jabber installed, version 11.7.1, a 10 does not carry the emotions. Displays the message "Choose a smile".
I followed the steps:
I renamed the files in the path: C: \ Users \ user \ AppData \ Local \ Cisco \ Unified Communications \ Jabber \ CSF \ History
I placed .old in the "Emoticons" folder in the path C: \ Program Files \ Cisco Systems \ Cisco Jabber, and copied there a folder of a user that works correctly.
I deleted all of the Cisco Jabber registry entries in regedit.
I uninstalled the application and installed again.
But nothing worked.
Could you please help me?
