Dear All,
Does anyone know how to enable the option "new custom contact" on Jabber client (vers. 11.7)?
This option is not available on the client. I try to enable this but I don't know where this parameter can be activated.
CUCM is On-Prem deployment version 11

Exactly on which Jabber flavor are you trying this??

Hi Jaime,
Jabber for windows but this is not with outlook integration. We use Google mail and calendar.
Jabber is deployed on the cloud and CUCM on Prem.

You should be able to just click Tools|File|New|Custom Contact.

Yes, custom contacts are stored in a table within IM&P, not on CUCM, even the new phone mode with contacts of 12.x requires CUCM and IM&P.
