Hi
My DX80 have been registered on Cisco Spark for a while now and have discovered some issues getting it synced with my Spark app. When I am not in video I use my DX80 as a PC screen, the problem is then that the Spark app will not sync with the DX80. If I disconnect the PC the Spark app sync with my DX 80 and I can control and move calls between the two units. When the PC is connected the mobile app states that the DX80 is in a conversation and I cannot control of move calls between them.
How do I resolve this issue?

Stian,
Did you see this document about Cisco room systems and Spark? You might find a solution to your problem there.
If this isn't helpful, then I recommend you open a ticket with Cisco Spark support to get to the bottom of the problem.
