Error code CJ:109:3 - Cisco Jabber

Hi

We have a user on a Lenevo laptop who has no video capability when using Jabber. Error code is CJ:109:3.

This is only effecting one user as far as I know. It works when he is using a desktop but not on the softphone on the laptop.

Cisco Jabber version is 11.8.3 and the CUCM is 10.5

If anyone can assist it would be appreciated.

1. Can you list out the roles assigned to user in cucm?

2. Shutdown the client and delete jabber folder under here:

C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\Cisco\Unified Communications

3. Test by disabling windows firewall and re login into to jabber
