Hi I'm using Webex connect and I'm having problems with FB Messenger stream with BOT.
While chatting with BOT everything works fine, make agent switch correctly. with many FB users I have no problems. But with only 1 user flow it doesn't work as it should. Every time i try to create a new chat, Search conversation node find an old conversation and after new contact goes in append conversatio node and after died, because in the agent desktop doesn't arrive. It seem like that conversation was append again, but i don't know where. With analyzer i cannot find anything. How can i find to findit? or how can i delete that conversation? is there any method to do it?
