Expressway C shows multiple Jabber MRA user sessions

Hello all,

I've been digging through documentation but haven't so far found my answer, so I'm hoping someone can help me out.

Is it normal to see multiple Jabber MRA user sessions in your expressway C?

I ask this because I'm constantly seeing upwards of 20 sessions per user, some expired and some still valid.  That being said, I'm also experience an issue with Jabber MRA on android and iphone where the app completely freezes and has to be closed and reopened.  This happens after you have signed in, locked your phone, then unlocked and go back into the app. 

Any help or guidance is appreciated.

Hello,

yes it is normal.

A single user can be seen multiple times as long as he is signing in and out his jabber in a specific period.

The session will remain in EXP-C for some minutes and if in this period the user sign out and the sign in again a second session will appear.
