extension mobility for Jabber 4 windows not working

hi guys

i have cucm 11.5 and jabber 12.0 installed. everything is working fine except extension mobility for jabber.  i have the device profile configured and associated to end user. also CSF is checked for extension mobility.  there is no subscribe services for CSF for some reason so i can subscibe em service.

anyways, after restarting Jabber , i do not see a place in jabber where i can click and login in with username and PIN to download the device profile to jabber.

am i doing something wrong here?

Jabber only interacts with EM when you use an IP Phone with EM, and then login on Jabber to control that phone.

Hi Jaime,

are you sure about that?  becuase i see "Cisco Unified Client Services Framework" as product type when i tried to create device profile for EM.  also CSF device config page has check box with "extension mobility" option. 

it just that I could not find a way to subscribe EM services to CSF phone.
