Wherever any external user is trying to reach a user call is ringing but when no one picks up it should give option to record voicemail but it is giving error message as “subscriber is not available, please try again later”
internal calls it is working
we are using cisco Unity 12.5 SU4 with Sccp integration .
issue is for all the users for one location. Example we have cluster in South Africa only cape town users are facing issue, not all cluster users

I checked the Unity monitoring and call is hitting to Unity , upon checking the logs . I can see below error. (Attached)
