Hi all,
we recently renewed all the CUCM,IMP certificates. After that we tested cisco jabber clients its working fine for internal users ,but not working for external users.
We are using here cisco expressway c and e .All zones between cisco expressway c and e are active .
SRV record also resolved from internet.
But still external jabber clients facing login issue and getting error message cannot communicate with the server.
Please suggest best way to solve this issue.

Hi,
Finally issue resolved .
There was issue in cisco expressway C.
One node of imp was missing in cisco expressway c .after adding imp missing node in expressway c.
login start working.
