Hi group,

I meet an issue with Jabber and CUC. When a failover is done on my primary voicemail server, Jabber is not able to connect to secondary server.

Here is the profile used:

Furthermore when primary CUC server come back, Jabber is no more able to connect to this one. I need to log out and log in again.

Have you already this issue?

Here are versions used:

- Jabber release 9.2(1)

- CUCM 9.1.1.10000-11

- CUC 9.1.1.10000-32

Regards,

Samuel

Hi Samuel,

I would say you're hitting this bug http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/search/getBugDetails.do?method=fetchBugDetails&bugId=CSCud63427

Unfortunately as of now there's no fix but it'll come out on a later release.

Please remember to rate helpful responses.

Hi I now have jabber 9.7

Unity Connection 10

CUCM 10

Is this bug still valid?

Could be that I hit also this bug. Jabber didn't connect to second voicemail server, when primary is down.

My Versions:

Jabber version: 11.1.1 Build 22531 and Jabber 11.1(0)
CUCM version: 10.5.2.12901-1
CUC version: 10.5.2.12901-1

Will open a TAC case and look what he tell me about that.

best regards

Ben
