I would like to know if there is a any way to know the default configuration of a jabber softphone from the API. In this case I would like to know if the jabber is configured to send video by default or only audio.
What version of CUCM / IM&P are you on. Unless the jabber-config.xml file was updated to disable video, Start calls with video is the default setting.
