Global Mentions

It would be nice to have the ability to mention everyone in a team, or those who are currently logged in.

This could possibly use its own discussion, but it would also be nice to have notifications on mentions only. The options for notifications are quite limited right now.

Think a team may be too broad, but see value in being able to notify all members in a room.  Similar to the @channel function in a slack channel.
