Cannot use the Java applet to listen / upload greeting.
is there a way to do this for Call Handler Greetings via the Telephone?
Seem to recall a way but forget.
Here is a link to setting up access to the Greetings Administrator from the CUC 8.x System Administration Guide. This chapter does not seem to appear in the newer versions, but it may be buried in another document. Regardless, the basic steps have not changed:
The user will need to authenticate themselves, but I'm pretty sure that can be an administrative account. That said, I've not tried that exact combination so I could be wrong. Administrative accounts in CUC do not count against your license count so you could give it a try with no downside.
