Group Chat not working.

Hi - we just had Jabber installed by a contractor.  We don't know a ton about it yet.

Could someone point me in the right direction in regards to getting Group Chat to work ?

I control click on multiple 'available' 'green' people and choose start a group chat.

 

The box comes up with the users in it.. and the topic is filled out.  I click start and nothing happens. No window comes up.. nothing.

 

This is on a 8.1 desktop. The jabber client is 10.6.2 build 59142.

 

Do i just do the below ?

"Activate and start the "Multi user chat room" service on Cisco unified Presence3. Activate and start the "Text conference manager" service on Cisco unified Presence"

 

Does anybody know how i do the above ?.. the specific names of the processes to start ?

Please start the "Text conference manager" service in IMP.
