Hidden Chat In Jabber Client

hello Everyone

i have a isuee in Jabber Client when the  user sent caht  to another user the word didn't Appear in chat box in the user who sent the word

the version which used in My Company is 11.8  i tray to update to version 11.9.0 and version 11.9.1

the isuee didn't solved

i google it this isuee i found to solve this issue must update the internet explore from version 8 to 11

but the users using another application didn't work with internet explorer Ver 11

can you please help me in this issue

Enable Active X and Java in internet explorer. or lower the security settings in IE.

I tray this Solutions Before but didn't work also

same problem, update from 11.5.1 to 11.9.1 and chats history is hidden
