HIPAA compliance for WebEx?

We've searched the KBase and googled this, but can't find a white paper describing WebEx and HIPAA.   Any links to white papers out there?

Same reasoning applies to WebEx. The Department of Health and Human Services does not recognize HIPAA Compliance Certification for products or services.  The WebEx security functionality can help support a customer's HIPAA compliance requirements. 

We have released a new Cisco WebEx Security white paper where this is clarified.
