how do i know open ports in Cisco expressway and telepresence

Hello Experts,

 

i would like to know which ports are open in cisco expressway and telepresence what is the command to check it .

 

like in CUCM we use show open ports all to check all the open ports.

I'm not sure you have such a straight-forward command on Expressway, however it's a linux, you have root and you can use netstat for this (logged in to ssh as root):
netstat -antu will show you all tcp and UDP connections and ports Expressway is actively listening on.

Not sure what is your purpose however with this exercise. Some ports (UDP mainly, but TCP as well for H323) will be negotiated dynamically during a call and will only be opened at that time.

I came across your name on this post, hope everything`s good for you, I just wanted to check why do you think the web access on a expressway might be failing if the https option is configured on the CLI?

For VCS/Expressway products, you can see Local Inbound, Local Outbound, and Remote LIstening ports under Maintenance > Tools > Port usage.
