I have a user who want that after 7 rings, instead of allowing caller to leave a message, to hang up. is this possible, and if not, is it possible to hang up the call and say the good bye message ?
Thank you for your answer. I don't have anything in the CFNA, but not sure how to change RNA, can you please explain that?
