How to enable end user editing of Cisco Jabber client sttings MAC&WIN

Hello all,

I am trying to enable the end users to be able to override the preloaded server based Jabber client settings on a MAC notebook.

If the end user goes into accounts on the client he can see the settings, but is not able to edit those.

I cannot find any pointer to enable this.

Presence server version:     8.6.5

CUCM version:                   8.6.2

Cisco Jabber client:            8.6.6

Can someone point me in the right directions.

Hello Luis,

Thanks for the update. That solution will work on CUCM version 9.X. We however are on 8.6X.

Method discussed cannot be used there unfortunately.
