Solved: How to keep Cisco Jabber in ONE Window

Hi there,

Just started using Cisco Jabber at my company and would like to know how to keep Cisco Jabber under one window when chatting with others. Similar to the way Slack keeps everything under one window. Opening up a separate pop-out window is exactly what I am trying to avoid.

Not possible with Jabber; however, a single window is how Webex Teams functions. If you’re at the early stages of your deployment this may be a design question to consider which platform is the best fit. Teams is included for knowledge workers in your Flex subscription (assuming you’re using the current preferred licensing model).

I don't think is possible. You can reach to your Cisco Rep an submit a feature request.
