Dear,
One of the users forgot to connect Jabber with Outlook, so he could not check history messages.
As I know, Jabber messages are saved automatically in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Cisco\Unified Communications\Jabber\CSF\History. I download SQLite and try to open the db files but failed, the history were saved as .db.v2 file，how can I check and read them ?
