I am trying to install Cisco Spark on my Microsoft Lumia 430 Dual Sim but its not installing.

Even when i search app store on my phone, its not showing spark, but when i check windows store from laptop, it is showing an app for spark. Help Please! Lumia 430 is Windows 8.1
