I cannot transfer files in Jabber v12.9

I have implemented an IM & Presence v12.5 SU3 with Jabber 12.9 clients on Jabber Windows and Jabber Android-iPad-MAC.
However if I want to transfer a file from Jabber Windows to Jabber Android-iPad-MAC it is not possible.
Only the transfer between Jabber Windows to another Jabber Windows works.

Any idea what the problem could be, I see in the documentation that if it is supported towards Jabber mobile (Android-iPad-MAC)

I will review this point to add in jabber-config.xml:

(Disallow_File_Transfer_On_Mobile)

If you are using MRA via expressway the file transfer is not supported. If I remember correctly
