Could someone help me to resolve my problem?

Hello Team,

I resolved my issue:

The problem was the deployment selected when I build my IM-SubVM >>>>> I was using for 1000 Users and I had configured to 5000 users in my IM-PUB.

I deleted my IM-SUB and I recreated the VM with the same deployment, to 5000 users.

Try reinstalling, some times we used to face similar issue..

When you say 'secondary node', do you mean an IMP Subscriber or the IMP Publisher as a secondary node to CUCM?

  • Has the node been added to the CUCM database? (Yes, as you note.)
  • Are forward and reverse DNS entries in place for this node? (Do you have both and are they resolvable?)
  • If this is the IMP Pub, is the CUCM server an NTP stratum 3 or higher?
  • Is this an unattended install (with a floppy)? If so, have you tried to install via the wizard?
  • Is either password (OS or App) longer than 15 characters?
  • Are the CUCM and IMP the exact same version? Also the same with regard to restricted/unrestricted?

That's what I can think of off the top of my head. Let us know and we can look for more.

@Nithin Eluvathingal I tried to reinstall and got the same error.

@Maren Mahoney  Yes, my IMP SUB is the problem. I have CUCM Pub/CUCM SUB and IMP Pub ready, without any issue.

Did installation halted for a long at any step ?

@Nithin Eluvathingal now I got this message:

Looks like some problem with Connectivity, if the installation halt for long we used to get the Critical Error which you posted on your initial post.

Find out why  its taking time for connectivity validation.

BE6M-M5-K9 -

Esxi>>>7.0 Update 1,

cucm_im_p_14.0_vmv13_v1.0.ova

Regards

Download the OVA again and try reinstalling for a last time. if fails, I will suggest to work with TAC.
