IM & Presence 12.5 Emergency Mode Centos 7 not boot

Import OVF from IM Presence 12.5 to VMware 6.7 but when I turn it on it sends me the following message:

Welcome to emergency mode! After logging in, type "journalctl -xb" to view system logs, "systemctl reboot" to reboot,
"systemctl default" or ^D to try again to boot into default mode.

Give root password for maintenance
(or type Control-D to continue):

Any ideas on root access or mitigating the problem?

Exactly what was done/happened prior to this message?

Root access is only provided by TAC if/when necessary

Hi Jaime

We exported the VM's in OVF of the server and deleted everything, later we added the VMs again, they all worked, the only one that was not IM & Presence sending that error

I've seen that when there were problems with the HDDs and data consistency, you can try the recovery disk, but ideally you want to rebuild that node and use a backup to get it up and running.
