In TMS End point status showing as "Not found on Unified CM"

Hi team 

 

we are provision through CUCM to all TP room and  managing through TMS 

 

but in TMS we are getting Not found on Unified CM warning message 

 

can some help me out.

 

TMS version :15.5,CUCM 11.0

You might be running into bug CSCuu80814.  Can you tell us more about how you're migrating the endpoints from TMS to CUCM, it could be the process is causing the error message.

Thanks for reply i am adding manually each device in CUCM.

Is it still added in TMS or are you removing it from TMS first?
If you're removing it, make sure you purge it and not just deleting it. Though you don't have to delete it from TMS, as when you try to add an endpoint from CUCM and if it's already added into TMS, it will be converted from a TMS managed endpoint to CUCM managed.

TMS use only phone book ,once registeration is complete i have delete from TMS

 

So are you trying to add it to TMS or what is the goal?
If you simply want to utilize the TMS phonebooks, this can be configured from within CUCM under the Product Specific Configuration Layout > Alternate phone book server type.
