Incorrect time in Device Report (CDR)

Hello,

 

I found the incorrect time in my reporting call

Step where I get the report,

Cisco Unified Serviceability > Tools > CDR Analysis and Reporting > Device Reports > Route Patterns/Hunt Pilots > Hunt Pilot Detail


I already restart the service Cisco CDR Repository Manager, Cisco CDR Agent, Cisco CAR Scheduler, and Cisco SOAP - CallRecord Service, but there still no effect.

Does anyone know what happens with this?

Hi,

The time shown in CDR reports is in UTC timezone. You need to convert it to your local timezone.

Is your system time correct ?

Yes, the system time is correct.
But the report doesn't match the time with the system or CUCM in CLI

The time shown in CDR reports is in UTC timezone. You need to convert it to your local timezone.
