Installation for Presence in vmware work station stops there. Please see attached picture. The ios is like below. CUCM can work well and the credential passwords in Presence are exact same as CUCM. Anyone can help to see what is going on. Thank you

Hi David,

Are you using OVA template for the virtual machine or you have created Customized virtual machine.
