integrate Cisco Meeting Server (CMS) with Jabber in a custom tab

I have an issue with Jabber. When you set the CMS URL in a custom tab in Jabber, the CMS tab cannot access the camera and microphone. However, it works well on my web browser.

How can give access to WebCam for CMS in jabber tab?..

I also tried changing the built-in browser's jabber type to IE (default is chrome).
But it didn't work.

it seems Jabber can't access the PC's webcam via the Custom-Tab feature..
