Hi everyone,
For a customer we would like to put up the possibilty to have a chat session between the ( customer and external 3rd partys)

ive seen that this is possible but the thing is we are struggling with deployment requirments:
Supported for Cisco Jabber cloud deployments only.
The customer doesnt have a cloud deployment, is there something else we could do?
any ideas would be great

Yes, we support Jabber CUCM IM/P to Webex Teams messaging interop with our Hybrid Messaging service

Your customer has on-premise Cisco Jabber and would like to have chat functionality with third party customer who is using Cisco WebEx Teams.
