Is it possible to display Meetings and Users Statistics outside of Admin Portal?
The WebEx Meetings Server Admin Web Portal has a System Monitor that displays Meetings and Users counts.
We are currently struggling with hitting our 250 User System Limit (next step up is 800 Users which is prohibitively expensive for a 1400 employee company) and staff would like to be able to check someplace if the system is near the limit and potentially going to affect starting/holding their meeting. This way they can at least warn Client participants or scramble to use another system (like our fledgling CMS system) to hold their meeting.
So is there a way to "expose" these counts to an external system (like our Intranet) so they can see the current status of WebEx?
