In Jabber for Windows 10.6, you can change the ring tones.

Maybe u can try adding similar format files in the folder where these tones are saved.

Thanks,  I do not know where the files are saved or how to add custom files.

Not officially, the client does not provide that feature, it should be possible though, but once again NOT officially supported
