Is there a possibility to diasable Jabber popups for Custom TAB links?

For Customer we created a custom tab to a link where he has a TIP Sheet for new Jabber users.

We are getting a popup stating:

The popup blocker prevents a new window. Click the link to open the window manually.

Although the poup appears at the same time an Edge page is openend to display the TIP Sheet.

Even disabling all browser rules, that there are no active popup blocker, the popup message comes from Jabber.

Opening the link directly in a browser does not cuase a popup.

Are you facing this issue for Edge browser or other browsers (Chrome/Firefox) too?

Thnak you for your reply. The cusotmer environment uses Edge as default browser and it is a Thin client, so there is no way to use a differnet browser. If I open the link that I entered in the custome tab directly in any browser there is no popup. Also for the popup blocker there is allowed domains entered and this is one of them. In Edge directly there is no popup. The link points to a page where there is a button to press to open a new TAB that displays the PDF format of the user guide for Cisco UC. no popup is displayed when opening these pages in a browser.
