Is there a way to look back to find the agent who was logged in

I'm trying to resolve an issue that I believe is caused by no Agents being in the Not Ready state.

The trouble is, I can't get much information from the manager that wants this resolved 

I seem to recall from a previous employee in my position that she could piece pieces together to prove or disprove these complaints

I think it's user error, they're not in the Ready State, but I can't prove it...

Any help would be appreciated!
