Our users are having issues with meetings created via Outlook Productivity Tools on a Mac (ver. 2.36.1302).
When the users call in to a meeting created on a Mac, they are unable to join the meeting until someone launches the meeting in WebEx Meeting Center. They hear "the meeting cannot be started at this time". Effectively, this means they can't do a call-only meeting if the meeting was created using the Mac Productivity Tools.
I've tested the steps in Windows, and the issue is not present for meetings created via Outlook Productivity Tools on Windows.
We use Cisco Unified Meeting Place Audio Conferencing for the Audio Connection.
