Issues with inviting outside participants to a Spark meeting

Background: I attempted to hold a test Spark meeting with participants outside of my organization but they were unable to get in. One participant saw the image below but was unable to proceed. Another participant got a notice that they could join the meeting after the host (me) admitted them. I did not get any kind of notice that someone was waiting to be admitted.

My Question: Can I hold meetings in Spark with users outside of my organization without forcing them to create accounts? If so, where did I go wrong?

See here you need to have Webex linked to the spark space for this to work

https://collaborationhelp.cisco.com/article/en-us/na7olm3

Even then it may be dependent on your site and some sites may not capable of it a lot of these features are rolling next few months some sooner some later

Thanks

Thanks for that, Srini. If users are waiting in the lobby, as the article states, how do I let them in? Will Spark notify me that they are waitng?

It should but last time I joined the other party didn’t see it

Hence I feel to wait a few months for the dust to settle towards the new linking

Thanks
