Hi Team,
We have made the following change :
• Silvia Ayerbe: old DN 1900 new DN 1115
• Daniel Moradiellos: old DN 1915 new DN 1116
• Esther Olmos: old DN 1539 New DN 1117
• Laura Ortego: old DN 1902 new DN 1118
• Beatriz Leon: old DN 1933 new DN 1119
and now, when other users search the previous contacts, to them appears the old DN and the new DN.
I attach screenshoots:
How can we fix this?
Thanks & Regards,

No, if it's a problem with the info in the cache, you can simply delete the cache information so Jabber is forced to download all the info again.

Are you using UDS or EDI??
Exactly where are all the places where you changed the DN in CUCM??

Hi Jaime/Aseem,
The CUCM is integrated with Active Directory, the problem is that in some Jabber clients seem as if cached contact with the old DN, for this reason shows the old DN and the new DN. If we reinstate the Jabber everything works properly and disappear the old DN, displaying the new DN properly.
The problem is that the customer has configured 300 users with Jabber and we can not tell the customer that reinstate all the jabber clients to solve the problem.
The solution would be to reinstate the Jabber client?
Any other solution to solve this problem?
Thanks & Regards,
Juan Miguel Huertas Alegre

Hi,
If the cucm is synched with Active directory, did you change the DN on the active directory as well for the users? If not can you update their information on the active directory followed by a sync to check if it works?
