Hi,

Do I need to manually add a contact to a group before I can see their Presence status? I can search for users but their status is grey.

First check whether Line association configured with end user. This is main configuration for Presence status of the Users.

Thanks for reply.Thats already done. The Users can see other peoples presence but only if they add them as a contact first. Any clues how to resolve? I've checked the box that allows Presence visibility without Authorisation.

Delete all the log file and make fresh login try presence.

Please provide problem report for the same.
