jabber 10.5.5 phone tuning setting phone error

Hello  all,

os: windows xp 32 bit

cucm : 10.5.2

IM&P :10.5.2

 

It is  a fresh installation and my jabber got registered via computer at fist , so i switched to check the connection via phone and it worked

when am reverting from phone to computer connect, it keeps on tuning setting phone....anybody can help me out

You probably want to start by using a supported windows version, XP is NOT supported with Jabber 10.5

IMHO there's no point on trying to troubleshoot a not supported environment you won't see with a customer
