We've deployed Jabber 10.5 into production but it seems there is an issue with audio conferencing. One user will start a conference using a headset; others dial into the conference on their cell phones.
The cell phone users are able to hear each other but aren't able to hear the person using the headset, and the mute button is greyed out. The headset user isn't able to hear the cell phone users either. Any idea's?

Does this happen with phones??
What CFB are you using?? What kind of conference?
Is the PC able to reach the CFB IP??

We use a webex conference bridge, but this pertains specifically to jabber.
