Hello,
I have an issue with one Jabber user. When he is starting the client and logs in with SSO he gets the error message "Cannot communicate with the Server". The strange thing is, when a colleque is logging in to his computer he can use the installed Jabber just fine. When the User with the error logs into to the computer of his collegue and the error is also present.
So the error is moving with the user in this case.
Kind regards
Daniel

Have you compared the users and the device config to see if they have something different that might be causing this?

Hi,
(a). Can you make sure that the UDS home cluster checkbox is checked on the user?
(b). Try to unlicense the user of IM&P on end user page on cucm by:
--> Uncheck Enable User for Unified CM IM and Presence
--> Save it
--> check Enable User for Unified CM IM and Presence checkbox
--> Clear the jabber cache on the workstation where you will test by deleting everything user:
C>>> Users >>> User >>>> appdata >>> Roaming >> Cisco >>> Unified communications >>> delete everything under Jabber folder
C>>> Users >>> User >>>> appdata >>> local >> Cisco >>> Unified communications >>> delete everything under Jabber folder
(c). Make sure the service profile assigned to the user is same as the working user

Hi Daniel,
Try to configure Server IP manually and verify.
Go to Advanced Settings >>
