We have recently moved to Windows 10 and Jabber 11.8. A number of users are having issues with Jabber where the telephone functionality is unavailable as phoen is unable to connect.
Error: cj:109:03
Softphone status; Not connected. Protocol: SIP. Reason: Connection error. Ensure the server information in the Phone
Deskphone status: Not connected. Protocal: CTI: Reason: Connection error. Ensure the server information in the Phone
If I uninstall and switch back to out previous version of Jabber (v9) it works fine.
Are you able to assits please?
