Hi
we have CUCM, IMP 11.0.1 & Jabber for windows 11.1.1 on production
We are not able to send files and share screen via jabber for windows client.
BFCP is enabled on the SIP Profile for the CSF device. Also selected "use my computer to call"
I have attached the screenshot for the same.
Pls. advice

Hello Rajesh,
1. BFCP was replaced with (IM-Only Screen Share).
2. Kindly confirm the Anti-virus on Users machines is not blocking the ports that are being used for IM-Only Share Screen (TCP: 49152 to 65535).

3. In MRA, while Jabber is connecting through Expressway, Share Screen feature is not supported.

Issue resolved by adding < EnableBFCPVideoDesktopShare> value on your jabber-config.xml
and restart all required service and jabber setting on PC...!!! that is important.
Surprisingly, Cisco document says less about < EnableBFCPVideoDesktopShare> value on your jabber-config.xml for screen sharing issue..!! which misleads, whether it is must or optional.
But it is must.
