Jabber 12.0 in Citrix - Won't connect to call manager
We have CUCM 10.5.2 Jabber 12.0 is installed in Citrix
On the Citrix side the JVDI agent is installed. On our thin client the JVDI client is installed.
On site when hardwired to the network Jabber connects and is functional. If we go onto the wifi Jabber itself will register but cannot connect to the phone server. If we establish a AnyConnect VPN connection on the client the connection is ok. I thought the JVDI made this connection itself but it doesn't seem to do that. What could we check?
