Our users have Cisco 9951 phones on their desk and are using a Plantronics 740 headset. This headset connects to both their computer and phone and has buttons to switch between the two. With the newest version of Jabber, if the user is on a call on their phone and is using their headset and they get a second call, the headset will default to the computer when the second call disconnects. This only happens when Jabber is connected. I could not find a bug report for this, nor anyway to stop it from happening other than rolling back Jabber to a previous version. Version 9 is the last version we used before 12.7 and this problem does not exist with that version.
