I'd like to get some feedback from the experts here. I'm experiencing a problem with Cisco Jabber with regards to audio dropping after a few minutes. The caller can still hear the far end but the caller is NOT being heard. I had the call statistics running while in a live call on the far side and noticed that the "Audio Receive" column stopped receiving. This issue happens to both Jabber on iPhone and Jabber for desktop connected to a home wireless network.
If Jabber inside a VM is used, (with vpn connectivity to corporate), the audio does not drop. I only know two end users who are having the same symptoms out of 100 plus.
Is the issue caused by the user's local LAN or ISP?
