Hi team !
I have a CUCM v.11.5.1.13902-2 implementation w/ clients on Jabber_for_Windows-12.0.1.63173, using the multiline feature.
The additional lines are there but,
on incoming calls to secondary lines (DNs) there is no pop-up or audio notification !
The pop-up/audio notification "works" for calls on primary line though, but not for the rest.
Any clues ?

Have you tried with newer Jabber releases?

Sorry for the late response but I was on Sick Leave due to an accident...
At the time I was there we did not try the latest version but the're not using an old one either !
Nevertheless, I've instructed the client to do just that but had no input on it yet - probably they didn't do it and they wait for me...
